How do I register a repair / How do I submit a repair order?

To submit a repair order, please use the repair accompanying slip, which you can download from the LaubnerCare Support page. Simply print it out, fill it in, and include it with the hardware you wish to have repaired. Important: When sending the devices, please ensure their condition does not deteriorate further. For this purpose, suitable sturdy cardboard packaging along with adequate filling and packing material should be used.

How can I insert an ENTER or TAB after each scan on an MDE device with an Android operating system?

Can I test my hardware for errors myself first?
Yes, for Zebra devices, you can use the free Device Diagnostic Tool (DDT) provided by the manufacturer. It quickly tests the hardware, battery, software, and connectivity of most Android mobile computers from Zebra to determine the device's condition and functionality. This tool helps in rapidly identifying device issues that users can resolve on-site, limiting downtime and unnecessary returns for repair. Even if your device does require repair, running the DDT test helps narrow down the problem, making your repair order more efficient to complete.
