Barcodes and RFID Labels

Each product is identified by a label featuring a unique barcode, an inventory number, and its name. These labels are made from durable plastic, making them resistant to water, chemicals, cleaning agents, and wear and tear. RFID labels for asset identification can also be used for specific projects.

The labels are also suitable for marking locations. You can print them directly from the desktop application: simply select an object or group of objects, choose the label template, enter the number of copies for each label, and print them on a connected thermal transfer printer.

Asset Structure

The application can operate with a 3-tier hierarchical classification of inventory (the levels are interconnected), such as department, building, and room. There are also 4 levels for independent logical classification. You can use these parameters to note further details about the assets, such as the responsible person, financial department, asset type, project, etc.

Asset inventory

The inventory counting process utilizes both the location hierarchy and the classification structure. This means the mobile application allows you to conduct the inventory in two ways: either by physical or by logical classification. A specific physical level or a logical classifier defines the group of expected assets to be counted.
