Try and Buy

Try and Buy – what it means for you?

You'll get an official offer from us for the mobile workstation, configured exactly how you want it, and this offer will include the Try and Buy option. Once you officially order the mobile workstation based on this offer, a legally binding purchase agreement is formed. We'll then send you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

After we receive your down payment (deposit), we'll assemble the mobile workstation to your specifications. Then, we'll arrange for our freight forwarder to pick it up and deliver it to you. You'll receive a delivery note with the shipment. For the remaining balance, you'll get an invoice with a 30-day payment term. You'll have these 30 days to fully evaluate the innovative solution and its quality. If, unexpectedly, you decide our solution isn't the right fit, you can return the mobile workstation to us within this 30-day period. As long as the unit reaches us in perfect condition, you'll receive your down payment back.

Try and Buy Offer: Terms and Conditions

  • An official order, adhering to the payment and delivery terms outlined in our offer and specifically the Try and Buy program, must be sent to us.
  • The Try and Buy offer is limited to a maximum of one mobile worktstation per customer, including any selected options. 
  • A one-time down payment (deposit) of 1000,-- € is required.
  • The remaining balance is due with a 30-day payment term, with down payment already accounted for.
  • An extension of the 30-day period is possible. 
  • Transport costs to the customer, as well as the costs for returning the item to LAUBNER ID Solutions GmbH, are always borne by the buyer.
  • For Try and Buy offer, delivery of the mobile workstation can only be handled by our freight forwarder. Self-pickup by a customer-appointed shipping company is not an option in this case. If you decide to return the unit, the transport can either be arranged by a shipping company of your choice or by a pickup organized by LAUBNER ID Solutions GmbH.
  • If returning the mobile workstation, the buyer must provide written notification, including a delivery pre-advice, within the 30-day period.
  • The mobile workstation must be returned without any damage or signs of use. A return outside of these guidelines is excluded.
  • For returning the mobile workstation, you must use the original packaging, including all documentation and safety instructions. It's crucial to adhere to LAUBNER ID Solutions GmbH's packaging guidelines (ensuring packaging and transport are identical to when you received the goods). Returns that don't comply with these requirements will not be accepted.
  • A maximum of 10 additional days will be granted for the return transport.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return.
  • The Try and Buy offer is time-limited by LAUBNER ID Solutions GmbH and can be revoked at any time.
  • If all the aforementioned conditions are properly met, you will receive a credit for the Try and Buy invoice, including your paid down payment (deposit), minus the transport costs.
