Industrial Printer Toshiba BX800 Serie

8-inch Industrial Printer for Large-Format Labels

The Toshiba BX820T is specifically designed for industrial labeling applications where standard label formats are no longer sufficient. With a maximum print width of 216.8 mm (8.5"), it provides ample space for barcodes, hazard symbols, product information, compliance data, and multilingual labeling requirements—all on a single label.

As a high-performance 8-inch industrial label printer, the BX820T is ideal for printing large pallet, carton, drum, GHS, shipping, and compliance labels. It is equally suited for manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, and other industries that require clear, durable identification of large products, components, or packaging.

With a 300 dpi print resolution, the BX820T delivers sharp text, detailed graphics, and highly readable 1D and 2D barcodes, ensuring reliable scanning throughout the supply chain.

Supporting both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing, the printer can be adapted to a wide range of media types and durability requirements. An external media holder enables the use of label rolls up to 242 mm wide, providing maximum flexibility for demanding industrial printing applications.

A-BRID™: Seamless Integration into Existing Printing Environments

The A-BRID™ platform enhances the Toshiba BX820T with advanced capabilities for data processing, system integration, and device management. PDF files can be printed directly, automatically rotated, and scaled to the selected label format. At the same time, the printer automatically recognizes multiple printer command languages, making it easy to replace or integrate with existing printer fleets.

Configuration is performed through an intuitive web-based user interface, enabling fast setup and simplified administration. With e-BRIDGE CloudConnect, the BX820T can also be integrated into a centralized, cloud-based printer management environment. This allows administrators to monitor device status, manage settings, and deploy updates across multiple printers from a single platform, reducing maintenance effort and improving operational efficiency.
