Bluetooth wearable scanner

Highest versatility and performance

Zebra's new most powerful and versatile wearable scanner - the RS6100. The RS6100 is a small and extremely lightweight wearable scanner with Bluetooth capability, featuring an advanced multifocus scanning engine that captures 1D and 2D barcodes in almost any condition at close range and up to 12.2 meters away, and five interchangeable wearing options. Thanks to its rugged design, it can be used anywhere - in warehouse aisles, cold and freezer rooms, forklifts and outdoor areas in rain, snow, blistering heat or freezing cold.

Unsurpassed scanning range

The 1D/2D scan module SE55 with extended range and IntellifocusTM technology offers an outstanding scanning range that is more than twice as large as that of the RS6000. The RS6100 is therefore suitable for almost all applications. Barcodes can be scanned in close proximity and on the highest shelves - from 5.08 cm/2 in to 12.2 m/40 ft - with ease. Zebra's exclusive PRZM Intelligent Imaging software ensures fast and accurate capture of barcodes in virtually any condition - scratched, dirty, poor quality print, damaged, shrink-wrapped or low contrast. With the highest resolution sensor in its class, the RS6100 captures even tiny, high-density barcodes.

Robust and suitable for continuous use

The RS6100 is triple tested: in terms of sealing, drop resistance and rollover specification. It can withstand a fall onto concrete and being sprayed with a water hose. Only the RS6100 has been drop tested across the entire temperature range - no need to worry about the plastic becoming brittle in the cold or expanding on a hot summer's day. It offers unsurpassed reliability.

Minimal downtime thanks to replaceable components

As the battery and trigger units are removable and replaceable, there are fewer trips to the service depot and a longer life cycle is achieved. The charging contacts and vibration motor are also integrated into the trigger unit, so these components can be replaced on site in a cost-effective manner with virtually no downtime.
