Until now, picking up and placing a conventional scanning gun has cost workers a lot of time. Whether 1D or 2D barcodes, ProGlove MARK2 enables scanning and working at the same time and makes production and logistics processes more efficient.
The ultra-modern and smart wearable connects your employees with the IIoT and thus strengthens their role in the digitalized Industry 4.0. This leads to increased efficiency, flexibility and quality. ProGlove MARK 2 simplifies work processes, saves work steps and reduces the risk of errors.
Unlike its predecessor, MARK 2 can be connected to other devices such as tablets, smartwatches or portable terminals via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The module also has an extended scanning range of up to 150 cm. It is therefore the ideal choice for picking, palletizing and packing stations. Thanks to the customizable feedback options via acoustic signals, vibrations and LEDs on the back of the hand, the user no longer has to constantly check the processes on the control monitor.
